Ordering Process
Your MINIFINITY begins with an idea – and step by step becomes your personal Infinity Retreat.
1 Compose your MINIFINITY
In the Composition Studio, you create your MINIFINITY according to your personal vision. You decide on the height, entry, colour, surface finish and the available equipment options, creating your own personal composition (configuration). This allows your MINIFINITY to take shape digitally from the very beginning – designed to suit your space, your style and your individual preferences.
2 Reserve your production slot
Would you like to realise your MINIFINITY within a particular timeframe? You can request an available production slot at an early stage – even before placing your binding order. Our production planning generally follows a First-Come, First-Served principle. The earlier you request your preferred slot, the earlier we can take your place in the production schedule into account. During periods of particularly high demand, we also maintain waiting lists for individual production periods. This gives you the opportunity to be placed on the waiting list for your preferred timeframe and move into an available slot as soon as capacity becomes available within the production schedule. Once reviewed, you will receive confirmation of your intended production slot or your position on the waiting list. The reservation of a production slot or a place on the waiting list does not constitute a binding order and does not create a purchase contract.
3 Submit your composition
Once your selection feels right for you, you can submit your composition to us. This allows us to plan your MINIFINITY in greater detail and prepare the next steps. At this stage, you are still not entering into a purchase contract.
4 Your personal MINIFINITY Partner
Once we have received your composition, we connect you with a certified MINIFINITY Partner. From this point onwards, you have a personal contact who will guide you through the next steps and coordinate the details of your project together with you. This is where your digital composition becomes a clearly defined and tangible project.
5 Your personal offer
Based on your confirmed composition, you will receive your individual offer. It provides you with a clear overview of:
- your confirmed composition,
- your binding total price,
- the payment terms,
- the estimated production and delivery time,
- your reserved production slot, where applicable,
- the agreed delivery services, and
- the relevant requirements for your project.
This gives you all the essential information you need before making your decision.
6 Your certified partner
Before you confirm your order, you will be clearly informed which certified MINIFINITY Partner will realise your composition and your MINIFINITY with you. You will also receive all the information and documentation required for your order. This means that before placing your order, you know exactly which certified MINIFINITY Partner will accompany you throughout the realisation of your MINIFINITY.
7 Confirm your order
Once your composition, your offer and the overall framework are right for you, you can confirm your order. Upon conclusion of the contract, your composition becomes a binding production order. Any production slot already intended for you will be reconfirmed as part of the contract process.
8 Your MINIFINITY takes shape
Now the individual manufacturing process begins. Every MINIFINITY is manufactured for its future location on the basis of the confirmed composition. Your selections determine, among other things, the procurement of materials, the technical preparation and the individual production steps. Step by step, your personal Infinity Retreat comes to life.
9 Delivery and Positioning
Before your MINIFINITY is delivered, the requirements for transport and positioning are coordinated together with you. Your certified MINIFINITY Partner supports you in organising the necessary steps on site and, where required, coordinates suitable qualified professionals for transport, lifting, positioning and technical connection work. This ensures that all essential requirements are clarified before delivery – so your MINIFINITY can arrive prepared for its intended place.
